By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About Our Products

Luna Fables specialises in custom-made digital storybooks for children, primarily aged 4–7.

Each personalised order includes:

• Digital Storybook (PDF): A beautifully illustrated story featuring your child's name and personalised watercolour-style character.

• Read-Along Video (MP4): A narrated video featuring your child's personalised story and illustrations.

All products are digital only. No physical books or merchandise will be shipped.

2. Personalisation & Ordering

Every Luna Fables product is individually customised using information supplied by the customer.

When placing an order, you are responsible for providing:

• Your child's name, spelled correctly.

• A clear, suitable photograph of your child.

• Your preferred story theme.

• A valid and regularly checked email address.

• Accurate payment and contact details.

We create your personalised product using the information submitted at checkout.

Please review all details carefully before completing your purchase.

We may contact you if additional information or a replacement photograph is required.

3. Photographs & Parental Permission

Your child's safety and privacy are important to us.

By uploading a photograph, you confirm that:

• You are the child's parent or legal guardian, or have appropriate permission to submit their photograph.

• You have the necessary rights and permissions to use the image.

• The photograph is provided for the purpose of creating the personalised storybook and read-along video.

• The uploaded content is lawful, appropriate, and does not infringe another person's rights.

Photographs are collected for the purpose of creating your child's personalised illustrations and fulfilling your order.

We do not use your child's photograph for public advertising, social media promotions, or marketing without obtaining separate appropriate permission.

Photographs and personalisation information may be processed using digital design tools and service providers involved in creating and delivering your order, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

4. Prices & Payment

• All product prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website.

• Full payment is required before personalisation begins.

• Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout.

• Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be disclosed before purchase.

• An order is accepted once payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.

We reserve the right to update product prices and offerings. Changes will not affect orders already accepted and paid for.

5. Production & Digital Delivery

Estimated Delivery: 2–5 Business Days

Every Luna Fables story is individually and manually customised.

Our products are not available for instant download.

• Production begins after successful payment and receipt of all required personalisation details.

• Standard delivery takes approximately 2–5 business days.

• Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.

• Delivery may take longer during Christmas, busy seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Missing information or unsuitable photographs may delay production.

Once completed, your personalised PDF storybook and MP4 read-along video will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout, as attachments or download links.

IMPORTANT: Customers must provide their correct and preferred email address to receive their order.

If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe, please check your spam or junk folder and contact us for assistance.

Significant delays will be addressed in accordance with our Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy and applicable consumer law.

6. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Every Luna Fables product is uniquely customised and made to order.

Because of this:

• We do not offer change-of-mind refunds, returns, or exchanges once personalisation has begun.

• Requests to cancel or amend an order must be submitted as soon as possible.

• Cancellations requested before production begins will be reviewed.

• Changes cannot be guaranteed once customisation has commenced.

• Completed digital products cannot be physically returned.

If your order contains an error made by Luna Fables, is defective, materially differs from its description, or otherwise fails an applicable consumer guarantee, we will provide the remedy required by law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Personalised Illustrations & Artistic Interpretation

Our illustrations are created by transforming your child's photograph into a whimsical, watercolour-style storybook character.

Customers acknowledge that:

• The illustrations are artistic interpretations rather than exact photographic reproductions.

• Minor differences in appearance, facial details, colours, and artistic style may occur.

• Examples displayed on our website are illustrative of the style and experience offered.

We aim to create a recognisable, beautiful character that reflects your child's appearance while maintaining our signature Luna Fables storybook style.

All products must still correspond with their descriptions and applicable consumer guarantees.

8. Intellectual Property & Personal Use

All original Luna Fables stories, illustrations, designs, branding, logos, and other original creative materials are owned by Luna Fables or used under appropriate licences.

When purchasing a personalised digital product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use.

You may:

• Download and save your purchased PDF and MP4 files.

• Enjoy the storybook and video on compatible personal devices.

• Print your PDF storybook for personal or family use.

• Share your purchased story privately with family members.

You may not, without written permission:

• Resell, redistribute commercially, or reproduce our products for profit.

• Upload or sell the files on third-party marketplaces.

• Claim Luna Fables' original creative work as your own.

• Use our stories, illustrations, or branding for commercial purposes.

• Use our original content to create competing products.

You retain your rights in the photographs you provide. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of Luna Fables' underlying intellectual property.

9. Digital Downloads & Technical Requirements

Customers are responsible for using compatible devices and software to access their purchased files.

• PDF files require a compatible PDF reader.

• MP4 videos require a compatible video player.

• Internet access may be required to receive or download your files.

• Customers should download and save backup copies of their purchases.

If you experience technical difficulties with files supplied by Luna Fables, please contact us.

We will provide reasonable assistance and comply with all applicable consumer guarantees.
