At Luna Fables, every story is as unique and special as the child it is created for.

Each personalised storybook is individually crafted using your child's name, photograph, and chosen story theme. Because our products are highly customised digital creations, we ask that you carefully review the following policy before completing your purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final — No Change-of-Mind Refunds

Due to the personalised, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind once personalisation has begun.

This includes situations where:

• You change your mind after ordering.

• You no longer require the product.

• You accidentally purchase the wrong story theme.

• You prefer a different illustration style after production.

• You decide not to use or download the completed product.

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Please Check Your Order Carefully

Before completing payment, please ensure that:

• Your child's name is spelled correctly.

• You have selected the correct story theme.

• Your uploaded photograph is clear and suitable for personalisation.

• You have permission to provide the child's photograph.

• Your email address is correct and regularly checked.

Your order will be created using the information you submit at checkout.

We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once personalisation has commenced.

3. Order Cancellations & Changes

Because each story is individually created, production may begin shortly after payment is received.

• Before Production Begins: Contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation or correction. We will review your request and confirm whether it can be accommodated.

• After Production Begins: Change-of-mind cancellations and refunds are generally unavailable.

• After Digital Delivery: Completed personalised products cannot be returned, and change-of-mind refunds are not offered.

Any applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

4. Digital Products — No Physical Returns

Each Luna Fables order includes:

• Personalised Digital Storybook (PDF)

• Personalised Read-Along Video (MP4)

All products are delivered electronically. No physical books or merchandise are shipped.

As digital files cannot be physically returned, traditional product returns do not apply.

5. Processing & Delivery Time

Estimated Delivery: 2–5 Business Days

Every order is manually and individually customised after successful payment and receipt of all required personalisation details.

Please note:

• Our products are not available for instant download.

• Standard delivery is approximately 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and applicable public holidays.

• Busy periods, including Christmas and other holidays, may require additional processing time.

• Incomplete information or unsuitable photographs may delay production.

• Your completed PDF and MP4 files will be emailed to the address provided at checkout, either as attachments or download links.

Please provide your correct and preferred email address to ensure successful delivery.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us so we can investigate and discuss an appropriate resolution.

6. Incorrect Personalisation Details

We create your child's story using the name, photograph, and story theme submitted with your order.

If an error results from incorrect information supplied by the customer, we are not generally obliged to provide a free replacement or change-of-mind refund.

However, if we make a mistake in personalising your order, please contact us with your order number and details of the error.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, such as a corrected replacement, refund, or other remedy required by applicable consumer law.

7. Faulty, Incorrect or Undelivered Products

Your satisfaction and trust are important to us.

If your personalised storybook or video:

• Is missing or incomplete.

• Cannot be opened or played due to a defect in the supplied file.

• Contains a personalisation error made by Luna Fables.

• Is materially different from the product description.

• Has not been delivered within the agreed or otherwise legally required timeframe.

Please contact us through our website with your order number and a description of the issue.

We will investigate and provide the remedy required under applicable consumer protection laws. Depending on the circumstances, this may include correcting the files, supplying a replacement, or providing a refund.

8. Artistic Interpretation of Photographs

Our Luna Studio transforms your child's photograph into whimsical, watercolour-style storybook illustrations.

Please understand:

• Illustrations are artistic interpretations, not exact photographic reproductions.

• Minor differences in facial features, colours, or artistic details are part of the creative process.

• Personal preferences regarding the artistic style do not automatically qualify for a refund.

However, your personalised product must still meet its description and applicable consumer guarantees.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our digital products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law where those guarantees apply.

If a product fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair or correction, replacement, refund, or other remedy depending on the nature of the failure.

Our no-change-of-mind refund policy does not override these rights.
