Luna Fables may use artificial intelligence and digital creative tools to produce personalised illustrations and storybook content.

These tools help transform customer-provided photographs into artistic storybook characters.

Please be aware:

• Your child's photograph may be processed by third-party AI service providers.

• Relevant personalisation details may be shared with these providers to create your order.

• AI-generated illustrations are artistic interpretations, not exact photographic reproductions.

• The handling of information by these providers is subject to their applicable contractual terms and privacy arrangements.

We aim to limit the information submitted to these tools to what is reasonably necessary to fulfil your order.

Each completed order includes:

• A personalised digital storybook (PDF).

• A personalised read-along video (MP4).

Delivery is normally estimated at 2–5 business days, subject to order volume and receipt of suitable personalisation information.

Completed products are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout, through attachments or download links.

Customers should provide a correct, regularly checked email address to help ensure successful delivery.
