At Luna Fables, every story is lovingly personalised and individually created to make your child the hero of their very own magical adventure.

Because each order is made especially for your child, our products are not available for instant download. Please review our delivery information below before placing your order.

1. Digital Products Only — No Physical Shipping

Luna Fables currently offers exclusively digital personalised children's storybooks.

Each completed order includes:

• Personalised Digital Storybook (PDF): A beautifully illustrated story featuring your child's name and customised storybook character.

• Personalised Read-Along Video (MP4): A narrated video version of your child's magical adventure.

No physical books or products will be shipped. There are no postage fees or physical shipping arrangements.

2. Processing & Delivery Time

Estimated Delivery: 2–5 Business Days After Payment

Once your payment has been successfully received and all required personalisation details have been provided, our team begins creating your child's personalised story.

• Standard Processing: Approximately 2–5 business days.

• Busy Seasons: During Christmas, holidays, and periods of high demand, orders may take longer.

• Business Days: Monday to Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.

• Additional Information: If we need a clearer photograph or corrected personalisation details, processing may be delayed until we receive them.

Every order is individually customised, including the illustrations, storybook personalisation, and read-along video.

We appreciate your patience as we create something truly special for your little one.

3. How Will I Receive My Order?

Your completed order will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.

Once your story is ready, you will receive an email containing:

• Your personalised storybook in PDF format.

• Your personalised read-along video in MP4 format.

• Download links or file attachments, along with any necessary instructions for accessing your files.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure you enter your correct and preferred email address when placing your order.

We recommend using an email address you check regularly, as this is our primary method of delivering your personalised products and communicating about your order.

4. What Happens After I Place My Order?

Step 1 — Place Your Order

Select your preferred story, enter your child's name, upload a clear photograph, and complete payment.

Step 2 — We Create Your Personalised Story

Once payment and all required information are received, our team begins manually customising your child's storybook and MP4 read-along video.

Step 3 — Receive Your Magical Story

Within approximately 2–5 business days, your completed digital products will be emailed to you, subject to seasonal demand and any personalisation delays.

Step 4 — Download & Enjoy!

Download your PDF and MP4 files onto a compatible device and enjoy your child's personalised adventure whenever you wish.

5. Delayed or Missing Orders

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe:

1. Check your email inbox, including your spam, junk, and promotions folders.

2. Confirm that the email address you provided at checkout is correct.

3. Contact our customer support team with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

We will investigate and assist you with locating or receiving your digital files.

Please note that high order volumes, technical difficulties, incomplete personalisation details, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect delivery times. We will endeavour to communicate significant delays.

6. Incorrect Email Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information at checkout.

If you discover that you have entered an incorrect email address, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

We will make reasonable efforts to update your delivery information and resend your files where appropriate, subject to verifying your order.

For privacy and security reasons, we may request confirmation of your purchase before sending personalised children's content to a different email address.

7. Downloading & Accessing Your Files

Your personalised digital products can be enjoyed on compatible computers, tablets, and smartphones.

• PDF: Open using a compatible PDF reader or print at home for personal use.

• MP4: Watch using a compatible video player on your preferred device.

• File Storage: We recommend downloading and saving backup copies of both files once received.

If you experience difficulty accessing your files, please contact us for assistance.

8. Photo & Personalisation Information

Your child's photograph is requested for the purpose of creating their personalised illustrated character and fulfilling your order.

Please ensure that:

• The uploaded photograph is clear, well-lit, and shows your child's face.

• Your child's name is spelled correctly.

• You have parental, guardian, or other appropriate permission to submit the photograph.

If we require a replacement photograph or additional information, we may contact you by email. This may extend the estimated delivery timeframe.

9. Refunds, Cancellations & Order Issues

As every Luna Fables story is custom-made, please review our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchasing.

If your order is incorrect, incomplete, defective, or not delivered, please contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law.
